ASMP Houston Presents: The Digitech’s Workshop sponsored by Digital Transitions, PhaseOne, and Texcam, Inc

An intensive full day workshop held at Texcam, Inc. Designed for photographers and future digital technicians alike.  Topics to be covered include necessary gear, Capture One Pro conventions, tethering, on site processing and on site file backup, as well as business aspects of the digitech.

Light lunch, snacks, and water will be provided but bringing food/snacks/water of your own is encouraged as well.

The workshop curriculum will consist of the following elements:

– An introduction to the on-set role of the Digital Technician / Photographic Professionalism / Basic Responsibilities / Shoot Expectations & Practices / How To Work On A Team / Gear To Have, Bring, and Possibly Get Paid For

– File Structure / File Naming  / Tethering / Selects / On-Site Processing & Output / RAW File Backup / Best Practices

– Intermediate Situations / Mental Toughness / Being Prepared for Anything

Followed by a panel discussion with ASMP members + overview of the day’s work including a slideshow deck. At the end of the day several full licenses of Capture One Pro will be given away complimentary of Digital Transitions and Phase One!
